Olean Area Federal Credit Union Facilities Maintenance (Building & Grounds) in Clyde, New York
Position: Facilities Maintenance
As Maintenance, you will assist with preserving the good condition and functionality of Credit Union grounds and buildings.

Your purpose:
Review maintenance requests and coordinate responsibilities amongst staff in collaboration with the Physical Security Manager.
Take proactive measures for general upkeep on grounds, buildings, and equipment.
Assist with general maintenance and repair: painting, plumbing, landscaping, drywall, carpentry, basic electrical, etc.
Establish and maintain effective communication and coordination with credit union employees, management, and trade professionals.
Transport equipment, tools, supplies, or materials between departments, branches, and vendor or local properties.
Provide assistance with events including transport and setup/tear down.
Work with vendors and maintenance staff to set up and complete assigned projects according to contracted specifications.
Perform backup duties for janitorial staff as necessary.
Provide assistance with snow removal and landscaping.
Other tasks or projects as assigned by the Physical Security Manager.
We are looking for:
Previous experience with general construction, including painting, drywall, lighting, landscaping, plumbing, etc.
Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of safety guidelines and procedures
3+ years prior experience in Facilities / Maintenance / General Construction
Requirements:
Must possess and maintain valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record for purposes of operating snowplow truck and local travel between branches.
Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs.
Will be exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
Willingness to operate a manlift (will train).
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to move, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
Schedule:
Position hours are generally 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday.
Position may require periodic overtime during winter months - rotating evening / weekend availability with other members of the Maintenance Department.

The expected pay range for this position is $17.00-19.50/ hour. This salary range only reflects base wages and does not include benefits or other types of compensation. Salary bands are purposefully wide ranging to encompass the different factors considered in determining where a candidate falls in the range, including but not limited to, seniority, performance, experience, education, and any other legitimate, non-discriminatory factor permitted by law.
