Job Title: Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

Job Description

The Maintenance Technicians will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of all plant equipment, buildings, and grounds. This role involves a mix of 60% mechanical and 40% electrical work. With 60 robots on site, the technicians will troubleshoot pumps, valves, relief valves, hoses, cylinders, conveyor belts, chains, motors, VFDs, transformers, 480v, 240 single, and 3-phase systems. Additional responsibilities include installing 3-phase systems, running conduit and wire, observing mechanical devices in operation, dismantling devices to remove defective parts, inspecting used parts, adjusting functional parts and control instruments, repairing or replacing defective parts, lubricating and cleaning machines, starting machines to test performance, repairing electrical equipment and control systems, maintaining records in compliance with quality procedures, conducting plant-wide safety checks, completing maintenance request forms, and preventive maintenance. Technicians must follow safety standards and procedures according to OSHA and ANSI regulations, complete requisitions for maintenance items, ensure timely completion of all maintenance repairs, repair and PM all auxiliary equipment, and perform lockout/tagout procedures.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Clyde, Ohio.

Work Environment

This is a non-climate controlled environment. There is 1 opening on 2nd shift. The shifts are Monday through Friday with additional work on Saturdays. The hours are 3:00pm-11:00pm. The second and third shifts offer a $2 shift differential.
