Description
Perform filter changes, meter calibrations, diagnostic and repairs of fuel equipment
Observe and follow all safety policies and procedures in compliance with the organizational rules. Responsible for his/her safety as well as awareness of team safety.
Read job specifications and work orders to plan work procedures
Diagnose and repair engine issues with or without computer software
Diagnose and repair chassis, electrical system issues with or without computer software
Understand hydraulic and pneumatic concepts
Maintain a clean and organized work area and toolbox
Possible 5% to 10% of scheduled travel for service calls
Ability to work independently and understand the importance of teamwork
Ability to follow instructions and be professional
Requirements:
Pass background and drug test
Valid driver’s license and pass and Motor Vehicle Record check
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Work in a garage or outside on shop grounds or elsewhere on the airfield
Must be willing to work weekends, holidays and additional shifts as assigned
Must have minimum tools to perform the maintenance and repair work
