KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Technology Innovation to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a remote work opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development efforts in the field of Gen AI, including developing new algorithms, models, and techniques for analyzing and interpreting enterprise data
Unite with external partners and stakeholders to identify new opportunities for innovation and research in the field of Gen AI
Stay up to date with the latest research and trends in the field of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation in Gen AI
Work with a team of engineers and developers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of GenAI/AI projects
Cooperate with cross-functional teams to develop proof of concept (POC) projects and prototypes that demonstrate the potential of Gen AI
Collaborate with other technology groups, including architects, GenAI engineering team, and designers, to acting as a thought leader for Gen AI, Gen AI roadmaps, and next generation technology direction
Qualifications:
Minimum eight years of recent development experience implementing SDLC projects; minimum five years of recent experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
Proven experience in bringing in AI platforms/Solutions to solve business problem and make a business impact; practical experience with Python, Azure AI services or similar capabilities on other cloud platforms
Strong leadership skills, experience managing and working with cross-functional team of developers and engineers; practical experience developing applications with AI technologies preferably GenAI; strong digital skills, fast learner on emerging technology and new ways of working
Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations and ability to apply multiple AI solutions to business problems
Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; foster the development of high-performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization; ability to participate in development of resource plans and structures and influence organizational priorities
