JOB SUMMARY: As the Human Resource Administrative Assistant, you ll be the main point of conduct for applicants when they apply at Coldspring. You ll also be responsible for scheduling interviews, conducting New Hire Orientation, and recruitment at Coldspring. WHAT YOU LL BE DOING: Onboarding new hires; conducting New Hire Orientation both in person and remote Posting Coldspring s open positions to job posting platforms Setting up interviews with Coldspring staff members Screening resumes Sourcing candidates; interacting with temp agencies to find talent for Coldspring Conducting prescreen interviews when applicable Attending job fairs and hiring events Finding new ways to attract talent to Coldspring; meeting with Coldspring s Marketing team to collaborate on outreach EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: Above average verbal and written communication skills Proficient skill in the use of various computer programs Critical thinking Ability to build relationships; often having to be the first to connect Organizational, problem solving and time-management Adaptability Ability to work with various departments within Coldspring Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately of employees and organization Bilingual English and Spanish a plus Recruiting experience is a plus EDUCATION Post-Secondary training in Administration or related field is preferred, High School Diploma with appropriate experience is also acceptable MAKE YOUR MARK AND MAKE IT LAST If you are an individual with a disability and require a reasonable accommodation to complete any part of the application process, or are limited in the ability or unable to access or use this online application process and need an alternative method for applying, please call or text Jillian Opdahl at 320-685-4681 or jopdahl@coldspringusa.com or assistance.
