Your Opportunity: We are looking for a Customer Service Expeditor to join our team in Coldwater, Ohio! In this role, you will be responsible for entering package goods into our systems, expediting orders and working with everyone in the entire facility. Your Shift: Monday - Friday 10:00pm - 6:00pm Monday - Friday Your Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Assist customers in navigating products/services and provide accurate information. Resolve product or service-related issues in a timely and effective manner. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout all interactions. Identify and analyze customer needs to offer appropriate solutions. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Input and update customer information in the company's database. Stay informed about the company's products, services, and promotions. Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers. Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve customer issues. Share customer feedback and insights to improve overall service quality Follow established company policies and procedures. You Must Have: 1+ years prior customer service-related experience and basic computer skills Ability to read, interpret, and decipher general written instructions from documents such as work orders, safety regulations, operating procedures, or other job specific written documents. Must have exceptional ability to speak and communicate effectively with fellow employees and/or customers in person and via the telephone.
