KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Technical Mastery: Apply your troubleshooting skills to maintain and support a range of systems including Windows 10, Apple Macs, printers, and kitchen display systems, ensuring seamless business operations.

Infrastructure Coordination: Oversee the physical setup and configuration of PCs, printers, and peripherals, and manage inventory to optimize efficiency.

Network Support: Apply your expertise in basic network troubleshooting, including understanding VLANs and port activation, to maintain a stable IT environment.

Efficient Ticket Management: Handle IT ticketing systems with precision and efficiency, ensuring timely resolution of issues and seamless communication across teams.

Data-Driven Insights: Provide comprehensive reporting to inform marketing, operations, and dining management, empowering strategic decision-making.

Innovative Solutions: Utilize the Transact System for meal plan management and point-of-sale reporting, driving innovation in student dining services.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Industry Insight: Familiarity with foodservice operations and innovative technologies will be highly regarded.

Technical Expertise: A bachelor's degree in IT management or computer science, or equivalent experience, coupled with a strong understanding of Windows technology and POS/ERP systems.

System Proficiency: Experience with CRM/ERP/Cloud systems and knowledge of Transact systems for dining POS and meal plan management are advantageous.

Collaborative Mindset: Thrive in a team-oriented environment, with excellent communication and training skills to support colleagues and stakeholders alike.
