salary: $15 - $16 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily activity of JD Edwards sales order maintenance

  • Develop working knowledge of the client's product offering, customer base and operational systems/processes

  • Receive and process customer/agent calls in a timely manner

  • Perform upselling duties by generating and interpreting customer purchase history information

  • Provide customers with information as needed, and effectively explain products and services

  • Ensure customer satisfaction, with an objective of "delighting" the customer, above and beyond the call of duty

  • Review customer orders to ensure pricing accuracy and escalate pricing variances to the Customer Service Manager or Pricing Manager

  • Timely and accurate entry and processing of customer orders and associated documents including purchase orders

  • Proofread each order for accuracy prior to submitting

  • Run customer acknowledgment range daily/nightly

  • Verify freight and payment terms are correct

  • Serve as backup for other customer care representatives
