salary: $15 - $16 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Maintain daily activity of JD Edwards sales order maintenance
Develop working knowledge of the client's product offering, customer base and operational systems/processes
Receive and process customer/agent calls in a timely manner
Perform upselling duties by generating and interpreting customer purchase history information
Provide customers with information as needed, and effectively explain products and services
Ensure customer satisfaction, with an objective of "delighting" the customer, above and beyond the call of duty
Review customer orders to ensure pricing accuracy and escalate pricing variances to the Customer Service Manager or Pricing Manager
Timely and accurate entry and processing of customer orders and associated documents including purchase orders
Proofread each order for accuracy prior to submitting
Run customer acknowledgment range daily/nightly
Verify freight and payment terms are correct
Serve as backup for other customer care representatives
