Aerotek is hiring an Injection Mold Technician
Job Description
Supports the manufacturing operations by safely setting up and processing injection molding machines. Must have 3+ years of injection molding experience. Must understand the use and function of molding equipment, including dryer, blender, etc. Ability to read and understand parts prints and drawings. Must be able to perform changeovers on the machines and routine PMs. Must be able to use measuring devices such as calipers and height gauges. Can set and start up tooling in injection machines. Responsible for loading the correct process and making adjustments as needed. Perform general maintenance on injection molding and tooling.

Pay: $28 to $30
Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Collierville, Tennessee.
Work Environment
Will work very closely with the maintenance team. Exposure to moving mechanical parts. Occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. Noise level is above 85db, and hearing protection must be worn at all times on the production floor. Temperatures in the winter are as low as 50 degrees Fahrenheit and as high as 100+ degrees Fahrenheit in the summer. Dress code includes jeans or work pants, work shirts, hearing protection, and steel toe boots.
