Aston Carter Media Production Specialist in Collierville, Tennessee

9 Month Contract

Description:

  • Assist with live or recorded presentations or performances with some form of written scripts, related graphics, presenters/performers, are either live in front of an audience or are studio recorded (audio/video), often requiring rehearsals, teleprompters, slide decks, etc.

  • Work with the team to ensure that all equipment and technology used in media production is functioning properly and maintained appropriately.

  • Managing the post-production process, including editing.

  • Manage the activities and logistics in and related to the recording studio.

  • Quality control presentation content, including slides, videos, and other visual aid to ensure it’s up to company standards.

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of webinars and in-person training, including scheduling, invitations, registration, and post-webinar follow-up.

  • Ensure that webinars and in-person events run smoothly, with clear audio and video, and continually look for ways to increase participant engagement.

  • Performs other tasks necessary or required to such as sound mixing, color correction, and final delivery.
