Your Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that the needs of Quick STAT customers are being satisfied consistently and that excellence in customer service is promoted throughout the organisation.

  • Managing and monitoring Key Account Customers and ensuring compliance with all agreed company policies.

  • Providing shipment specific updates where required and escalating all client issues to the QuickSTAT management team.

  • Completing and sending client reports/KPIs/QBR and investigation reports in accordance with specific client requirements.

  • Understanding client tariffs and handle quotations/pricing requests/shipping queries.

  • Monitoring live bookings and customs invoice/shipping approvals.

  • Identifying and implementing strategies to improve quality of service and productivity.

  • Monitoring client profit and loss accounts to maintain agreed levels of profitability.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Experience in logistics preferably in a customer focused role

  • Experience in Air and Road logistics is highly advantageous' and experience in Pharma is preferable

  • Good computer skills, Word/Excel/PowerPoint essential

  • Ability to work successfully under pressure and excellent time management skills

  • Great communication skills with strong self-motivation ability

  • Analytical thinking with good numeric/ financial ability
