Senior Supply Planner

As a Senior Supply Planner here at Honeywell, you will have significant authority in Strategic Planning, work cross-functionally to achieve organizational objectives and drive functional excellence and continuous improvement. You will enable business value and productivity by guiding planning strategy and driving execution across your team. As a mentor and strategic guide to the supply planning team, your influence will cultivate a culture of excellence, ensuring the team's proficiency and adaptability. You will report directly to our Supply Chain Director and you’ll work out of our Colonial Heights, VA location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations, ensuring seamless alignment with customer demand and contributing significantly to heightened customer satisfaction and sustained business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guide planning strategy and execution across the supply planning team

• Drive continuous improvement and functional excellence in supply chain operations

• Cultivate a culture of excellence and adaptability within the team

• Ensure seamless alignment with customer demand and optimize inventory plans

• Facilitate the development and implementation of advanced supply chain strategies

• Attend monthly SIOP meetings and present supply plans to the business

YOU MUST HAVE

• 6+ years of experience in Supply Planning or a related field

WE VALUE

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field

• Experience with SAP ERP systems

• APICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPE certification preferred

• Excellent people-oriented and communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency with supply planning tools (e.g. RapidResponse, SAP APO module, Forecast Pro)
