VALODI INC dba El Super Taco, Colorado Springs, CO (Employer) is seeking (4) full-time temporary COOKS with the following DUTIES: prepare necessary components of each dish on our menu using our proven recipes; utilize our serving portion sizes and all necessary meal prep procedures used in the kitchen; ensure the kitchen, all food prep areas, and all storage and eating areas meet local health codes and restaurant cleaning standards; work with a team of cooks to do portion prep work for other shifts when needed; monitor product freshness and rotate out the old product based on a planned schedule; set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies; chop, mix, saut , prepare sauces, and other food preparation; cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff; plate food in a professional and appetizing manner for the customer; clean up the station and take care of leftover food stock inventory; when necessary be available to work cashier and holidays, and if mobile catering or special events are scheduled, be in charge of preparing, packing, and delivering food to customers. REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and stand or bend for the entire shift.

Period of Employment: Anticipated start date is April 1 2025 continuing to September 1 2025. Wage Offers and Overtime: The worker will be paid $19.05/hour and work an average of 40 hours per week. Overtime is available as needed, and the overtime rate of pay would be $28.58/hour. The standard work schedule is from 2 PM until 10 PM, Tuesday through Saturday. Single Workweek Guarantee and Frequency of Pay: A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. The payroll period is bi- weekly and workers are paid by check on Fridays. Three-Fourths Guarantee Employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.

Worksite:VALODI INC dba El Super Taco (Employer) 2890 S Academy Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO USA. Education and Work Experience: None required. Availability of On-the-Job Training: N/A. Provision of Board, Lodging, or other Facilities: Employer will assist in finding, but is not legally required to provide board, lodging, or other facilities. Daily Transportation: Daily transportation to and from the worksite(s) will be provided by Employer. Tools, Equipment, and Supplies: Employer will provide at no charge to the employee, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned. Deductions from Workers Paycheck: The Employer will make all payroll deductions required by law but will not make any deductions which are not required by law. By mutual agreement, an optional advance up to $500 USD to purchase personal items and/or cold weather gear appropriate for this area and work period. Also, by mutual agreement, housing is available for up to $500 per month per worker. Repayment of advance and/or housing will be deducted from employees' paychecks. Inbound and Outbound Transportation from POE: For workers who complete 50 % or more of the work contract period, the Employer will pay or reimburse workers for subsistence expenses incurred traveling from the place the worker came to the place of employment. If the worker either completes the work contract period, or is terminated without cause and the worker has no immediate subsequent H-2B employment, the Employer will pay or reimburse the worker's subsistence expenses incurred traveling from the place of employment back to the place the worker came from. Disclosure of Daily Subsistence Amount: Current DOL regulations require daily subsistence to be provided at a rate during travel from a minimum of $15.88/day to a maximum of $59/day with receipts. Reimbursement of Border, Visa, COVID-19, and Related Fees: The Employer will reimburse an H2B worker in the first pay period for any documented visa, visa processing, borde crossing, COVID-19 testing and other related fees (except passport fees), including those mandated by the government that are incurred by the H2B worker.
