Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Responsibilities:
• Transfer data from various sources into our digital database.
• Check and verify data against source documents to ensure accuracy.
• Update existing data records as and when required.
• Retrieve data as per requests.
• Conduct regular data backups to ensure preservation.
• Review existing data and make necessary updates.
• Prepare reports based on the data as requested.
• Ensure the accuracy of all data recorded and analyze any issues that arise.
• Utilize skills such as '10 Key Skills', 'Customer Service', 'Data Entry', 'Email Correspondence', 'Microsoft Excel', 'Microsoft Word', 'Organizing Files', 'Perform Calculations', 'Scanning', 'Typing' to perform tasks efficiently.
• Maintain customer service standards in all interactions. Requirements • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Well-versed in data entry and organizing files
• Excellent typing skills
• Knowledge of how to perform calculations
• Familiarity with scanning documents
• Proficiency in email correspondence
• Possess 10 Key skills
