Robert Half HR Business Partner in Colorado Springs, Colorado

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an HR Business Partner in the manufacturing industry, based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The role involves handling core HR functions such as employee relations, compliance, compensation administration, and corporate recruiting. The successful candidate will also manage the hiring process and the learning management system, along with ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now.


• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues

• Manage the recruitment and selection process

• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital

• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization

• Nurture a positive working environment

• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

• Maintain pay plan and benefits program

• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now.

• Demonstrable experience in Core HR and Human Capital Management (HCM).

• Proven track record in Compensation Administration and Compliance.

• Strong background in Employee Relations.

• Experience in managing Hiring Processes.

• Proficiency in Corporate Recruiting.

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
