This role will meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives by successfully acquiring accounts within an assigned geographic territory. Incumbent will sell products, services and solutions to gain new business through prospecting, cold-calling, networking and generating leads and referrals. Incumbent will analyze customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services. Tailor customer recommendations to negotiate and close business.

Job Responsibilities: Independently generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling and networking. Identify customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services. Devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions and proposals. Negotiate and close deals. Partner proactively with Retail Stores in assigned territory to drive Business Sales results through education on Business Sales products and services and closing on Business Sales leads Fully apply all sales force automation, funnel management and prospecting tools. Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting Continuously update knowledge of products, services, industry trends and the competitive dynamics of the marketplace. Participate in training opportunities on products and services and attend sales meetings Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed
Education: High School Diploma/GED (Required) Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
Work Experience: 4-7 years Outside sales experience with demonstrated history of sales achievements in a commissioned environment () 2 years Experience solutions/applications selling () 2 years Telecommunications / technical sales ()

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $102,400 - $184,800, inclusive of target incentives Base Pay Range: $61,440 - $110,880 The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifica ions, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
