Microchip Technologies, Inc. Senior Engineer II - Test (SET-GMV) in Colorado Springs, Colorado
Work on Nonvolatile memory product. Develop test programs for new product introduction. Perform new product debug data collection and analysis of new products. Generate qualification test programs for post qual stress testing. Generate characterization test programs to characterize datasheet specifications and determine if the new product meets the datasheet specs. Develop high parallel production test programs for wafer sort using ProberVison along with final test programs.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related field, and 4 years of related experience.
