Energy Efficiency Analyst

Program Operations

Location: Columbia, MD (Remote – Home Office with Local Travel - If In Territory). East Coast is required

Are you interested in providing Program support for ICF’s Utility Programs and Services Division? You will contribute to the development of innovative, accurate, timely, and high-quality products and services, typically working on multiple projects with all levels of staff. The Analyst will be part of the Maryland Operations team and work with a cross-functional team of program management, outreach, technical, and marketing personnel as well as actively lead project delivery, strategy, and market development efforts.

What you will be doing:

  • Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets and databases for internal program and project tracking

  • Perform data verification, confirm performance metrics

  • Liaise with IT, Marketing, Reporting, and Customer Care teams (including coordinating, tracking, and resolving action items)

  • Update client reports

  • Record meeting notes and action items

  • Assist in preparation and delivery of internal and client presentations

  • Analyze reports for client delivery including forecasting and pipeline data

  • Ensure key performance indicators are met by continuous review of operational success

  • Document operational processes and implement streamlined processes where applicable

  • Maintain and update shared files, resources, and program documents to ensure all program staff has access to the latest versions of materials

  • Establish best practices for invoice QAQC and delivery; compile invoice documents in a timely manner and coordinate with program managers accordingly

  • Assist in reparation of regulatory filings

  • Other duties as required to support our work nationally and provide direct support to division leadership as needed

  • Must have a reliable vehicle if local and are hybrid. If not local, willingness to travel to DMV as needed. Requirements are between 5% to 15% of the time if hybrid. (reimbursement for mileage provided)

What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s Degree in (Business, Information Technology, Economics, or related field) and

  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience OR

  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)

  • Energy efficiency program implementation experience

  • Quantitative/analytical skills including the ability to pull large data sets and manipulate them as requested

  • Excellent critical thinking skill

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:

$54,063.00 - $91,907.00
