Robert Half's Administrative & Customer Support group is seeking an Associate Benefits Administrator / Customer Service Representative in Columbia, SC for a remote opportunity! This is an immediate need with an awesome group. The Associate Benefits Administrator helps the team by answering benefit enrollment questions, processing data, and fulfilling customer needs with excellent communication skills.

You might be the remote Associate Benefits Administrator / Customer Service Representative we're looking for, if you're articulate and highly-skilled, and love building solid customer relationships. This position is fully remote based out of the Charleston, SC region and is a long-term contract / temporary employment opportunity.

How you will help the team:

  • Assist customers with benefits enrollment and navigating our software

  • Document all customer communication and activities

  • Maintain written and oral correspondence

  • Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

  • Manage inbound phone calls

Remote Requirements:

  • Private work environment - space to work peacefully without any distractions

  • Quiet environment suitable for professional uninterrupted work free from home environment distractions such as pets, family members, etc.

  • High speed internet via direct connection to support internet phone and system connectivity (wireless or satellite connections are not allowed)

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Upbeat, positive attitude with an approach to work rooted in professionalism

  • Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

  • Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external

  • Proven computer skills

  • Excellent verbal, written, and social skills

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Answering Inbound Calls

  • Strong customer service and office administrative skills

  • 2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
