Recruiting Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced and dedicated Civil Engineer for a reputable Aquaculture company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, planning, and overseeing various construction projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and environmental regulations. The Civil Engineer will work closely with various professionals, such as architects and contractors, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development:

    • Prepare detailed engineering designs for various infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, tunnels, and drainage systems.
    • Utilize CAD software and other relevant tools to draft plans and blueprints.
    • Develop feasibility studies and perform site investigations to determine the suitability of various project sites.
  • Project Management:

    • Supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
    • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
    • Monitor project progress and handle any arising issues.
    • Contacting necessary personnel to complete projects.
    • Make sure everything is getting done correctly and on time.
  • Regulatory Compliance:

    • Ensure all projects adhere to relevant local, state, and federal regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
    • Secure necessary permits and licenses for various projects.
  • Collaboration and Communication:

    • Collaborate with architects, planners, contractors, and other stakeholders on projects.
    • Attend meetings, present reports, and provide advice on various engineering matters.
  • Continuous Learning:

    • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques.
    • Attend professional workshops, training, and seminars to hone skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 2years of experience in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) and engineering design software (e.g., Civil 3D).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with local, state, and federal construction regulations and standards.
