Adecco US, Inc. Maintenance Technician/Mechanic 2nd and 3rd shift in Columbus, Nebraska
We are recruiting for Maintenance Technicians/Mechanics (Industrial) on 2nd - 3rd shift, these roles pay $26-31/hr in addition to shift differentials as noted below.
Hours:
2nd shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm .75/hr differential
3rd shift 11:00pm - 0630am $1/hr differential
Candidates should have the following experience:
Electrical: knowledge of electrical systems including 120V, 208/240V, and 480V 3-phase with the ability to read and troubleshoot wiring schematics.
Pneumatic and hydraulic systems – troubleshoot and repair.
Welding equipment maintenance/repair experience preferred.
Bridge Crane maintenance/repair experience is preferred.
Experience with CMMS or similar preventive maintenance systems.
Maintenance Technicians perform the following:
Ensure optimal machinery performance by performing preventive maintenance on motors, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, conveyors, and sub systems utilizing equipment manuals and manufacturer’s instructions
Work with operators to identify, understand, and trouble shoot issues by frequently observing equipment in use
Remove/replace defective parts by dismantling devices; using crane hoist hand and power tools as needed.
Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments to maintain operation.
Reduce production slow downs caused by equipment downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance needs and techniques.
Provide mechanical maintenance information/ideas by answering questions and requests.
Communicate with production team/supervisor regarding scheduled equipment maintenance.
Maintain a safe work environment.

Pay Details: $26.00 to $31.00 per hour
