OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: Develop production goals and operational procedures for national call center and monitor reporting systems, capacity, production and staff performance to ensure departmental progress towards goals and optimize call center delivery. Provide support, development and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers. WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE GOOD: This is a remote opportunity and can be located anywhere in the United States. Key Responsibilities Develop the national call center production goals in alignment with the marketing strategy for telerecruitment. Monitor reporting systems that identify departmental progress towards daily/weekly/monthly goals and direct corrective actions. Manage departmental staff including development, performance and evaluations, disciplinary actions and employment decisions. Perform capacity and production planning processes and monitor production to adjust the production plan as needed. Implement the standard operational procedures for the call centers and monitor compliance. Coordinate with Workforce Management (WFM) team to determine the dialer structure and set up to optimize production and tracking. Coordinate with multiple constituents including sales, technology team and executive director to manage multiple and changing priorities. The salary range for this position is $70,000-85,000 annually. Note that American Red Cross salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. Other factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, communications, public relations, or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in sales and/or telemarketing management is required.
