Job Summary:

The Billing and Savings Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of the organization to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves managing resources, implementing operational policies, and coordinating with other departments to meet operational goals. The Billing Operations Manager will lead the billing team, monitor key performance indicators, optimize operational processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Requirements

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Direct and support a team of specialists, ensuring efficient ticketing support, balanced workload distribution, and adherence to service level agreements. Provide guidance and mentorship to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Oversee daily operations, including recruiting, training, and performance management. Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews to enhance team effectiveness and morale.
  • Manage billing requests, perform savings analysis, and prepare detailed reports on key metrics. Monitor and optimize billing processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction. Implement strategies to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Ensure high service standards by addressing and resolving end-user escalations promptly. Support new client onboarding to ensure a smooth transition and maintain excellent client relationships.
  • Oversee budget allocation and manage financial resources to optimize operational efficiency and control costs.

Skills:

  • Proven track record in leading and managing teams, with a strong focus on operational oversight and performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, manage billing processes, and generate actionable insights through detailed reporting.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for coaching, problem-solving, and resolving customer challenges.
  • Strong capability in optimizing processes, managing budgets, and implementing strategies for cost reduction and efficiency gains.
  • A goal-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets while driving organizational success.
  • Minimum of two years of management experience, with a focus on operational excellence and team leadership.

Education:

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
