Change Management Analyst

*We are looking to hire someone to work in our Columbus, Ohio office with a hybrid schedule (2 days/week in office)**

Job Summary

The Change Management Specialist is responsible for enabling the execution of the Enterprise Change Management strategy. This role will support the implementation of initiative-wide Change Management methodology, working across implementation areas to help executive, build and monitor change readiness/adoption and deliver smooth change interventions.

In addition to being highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, this candidate must possess the strong business judgment and interpersonal skills needed to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Essential Functions

  • Responsible for working with Change Management Lead, consulting partners and program team to support execution of change strategy related activities, including change management tactical plan, stakeholder analysis, communications identification and planning, measurement, measurement planning, leader enablement, change networks planning and scheduling, etc.

  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including leads, project teams and end-users to gain their support and involvement in the change process.

  • Help create creative and targeted communications and engagement materials to engage and inform stakeholders on the change journey, including in support of roadshow and demo events (powerpoints, jobaids, posters, etc.).

  • Collaborate with project teams in partnership with Change Lead to understand the issues and challenges involved in driving change.

  • Identify and support the continued maintenance of change impacts to inform critical change deliverables including coordinating with SMEs for input and validation.

  • Gather and work with Change Lead to analyze qualitative and quantitative metrics to assess end user readiness, utilization and adoption at key program milestones; identify insights and mitigations to address readiness gaps.

  • Help to identify potential areas of resistance and work with lead to recommend potential ideas to mitigate them.

  • Assist in developing, coordinating and executing engagement events to build understanding and future adoption.

  • Maintain accurate records of change management activities, progress and outcomes and track change activities for project/program teams.

  • Help with the execution and coordination or major change activities for programs and projects (for ex. engagement activity coordination, scheduling meetings, tracking attendance, etc.).

  • Other duties as necessary for change management success.

Required Qualifications For Position

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 1-3 years experience in change management-related programs (stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, digital communication and engagement, training support and business readiness) or other highly valuable or relevant experience.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong analytic and decision-making abilities.

  • Experience navigating in matrixed environments.

  • Must be a team player and able to work with and through others.

  • Ability to include others and move toward a common vision or goal.

  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools and best practices.

  • Ability to effectively manage stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

  • Ability to interpret data, work with analytic models and advanced technologies and digital tools, with data reporting and data visualization.

  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and others.

Preferred Additional Qualifications for Position

  • PROSCI Change Management Certification

Work Authorization

Salary Range:

$65,900.00 - $99,000.00
