Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture –the others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology.

The Client Experience Service Lead (CESL) works as a trusted client advisor, bringing together Accenture Learning expertise, capabilities and thought leadership to shape learning solutions and to solve our clients most critical business learner needs. Through trusted relationships with their clients, the CESL expands the Accenture Learning footprint and influences the client’s strategy. The CESL builds and leverages a deep understanding of the industry and market in which the client operates, and an intimate knowledge of their business needs to support influence the strategy. The role also brings the right people from Accenture Learning and other parts of the organization to architect innovative learning solutions that are tailored to solve the business need learner outcomes.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of learning advisory experience including requirement gathering and solutioning

  • Minimum of 5 years of client relationship management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Learning strategy experience

  • Innovative learning solutions experience

  • Problem solving experience

  • Financial planning and budgeting experience

    Professional Skill Requirements

  • Excellent leadership and management skills

  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral

  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • Demonstrated success in managing deployment of client services globally, across multiple functional areas

    As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $90,900 - $153,299 and information on benefits offered is here.
