Summary:
The Commercial (CML) Bank Program Manager is responsible for the coordination and management of assigned colleague engagement and development programs within the Commercial Segment. As a liaison between the business segment and TD team, this leader identifies training opportunities, build solutions, ensures effective implementation and communication of initiatives, helps define, manage, and coordinate analysis including metrics around colleague satisfaction and program effectiveness and actively seeks input and collaboration with commercial colleagues. Also, this position manages training vendor licenses when appropriate, providing an innovative approach to programs, events, recognition, on-boarding, career pathing and segment training design and facilitation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Management and coordination of assigned engagement and development programs within the Commercial segment. These programs include development programs, events, recognition, on-boarding, career pathing and segment training design and execution
Measure and report program effectiveness and colleague experience through surveys and other tools.
Collaboration with TD Team by regular engagement and coordination of overlapping programs.
Engagement, collaboration, and leadership with CBB Colleague Engagement & Development Committee.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
4 years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical and Professional Expertise
Leadership and training technology tools experience
Ability to convey complex information verbally and in writing with a clear and concise
Experience working across teams to achieve goal
Experience participating in group sessions to gather and communicate information
Strong written and verbal communication skills
