Job Summary

The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for creating a successful customer experience for clients and their loved ones. Customer Care Specialists are responsible for answering all customer questions and/or concerns regarding services at the Pet Palace.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer service in all situations

  • Greeting and interacting with customers by phone, email, and in-person

  • Create and manage customer reservations

  • Provide facility tours to interested customers

  • Maintain accurate files and records

  • Handling and walking pets, mostly at check-in / -out

  • General upkeep and cleaning of facility in-line with our high standards

  • Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • Energetic, caring, and passionate about animals

  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Attention to detail and ability to observe animal behaviors daily

  • Able to clean pet accommodations / facility to maintain our high standards

  • Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds

  • Ability to stand up to 8 hours

  • Operate basic computer software

  • Customer Service experience preferred

  • Flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays

Pay Rate - $10.50 to 15.00 (hourly)
