The Reconciliation Advisor will act as a liaison and first point of contact for pharmacies active on this important value-add reconciliation solution. The position responsibilities consist of answering inbound calls from existing customers, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries, providing web-based trainings to new and tenured existing customers, and efficient resolution to issues.It also requires outbound calls to existing customers to follow up on open issues and provide proactive comprehensive account reviews.This position requires excellent communication, customer service, problem solving, analysis, and follow-up skills. Responsibilities: Make outbound phone calls to existing reconciliation customers to provide proactive, comprehensive account reviews to key contacts with the goal of delivering account status updates and address trends and make recommendations to increase value and results. Take inbound phone calls from existing customers to intake reported issues, provide consultative support, give direction and actionable feedback, and address reconciliation needs. Review assigned existing customer accounts to complete reconciliation tasks, research and resolve reported issues and requests, and complete necessary follow up with customers. Account monitoring including working with cross-functional teams to ensure value is clearly identified and communicated with customers Conduct web-based training to new and tenured existing customers to educate on platform functions, navigation, and reporting available. Minimum Qualifications: Typically requires 3+ years of related experience. Preferred Qualifications: 4-year degree or equivalent experience Proficient in MS office suit 3+ years customer service and/or call center experience Specialized Knowledge/Skills: Pharmacy operations (claims adjudication) and/or managed care experience preferred Pharmacy finance and/or reconciliation experience preferred Effectively manages customer expectations for service and issue resolution Establish and maintain strong business relationships with customers Strong problem solving / issue resolution Self-motivated and results oriented Strong interpersonal skills Working Conditions: Office environment Physical Requirements: General office demands Career Level - IC - Business Support - B3 We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
