ENGIE NORTH AMERICA Digital and Control System Project Manager in Columbus, Ohio

What You Can Expect As the Digital & Control System Project Manager for ENGIE's North America, you will be apart of a crucial role in comprehending ENGIE's existing contracts and spearheading the deployment of digital platforms, upgrade of controls systems, maintenance excellence, cybersecurity or extension of operational technology (OT) networks. Everyday, you will report to the Applications Management Director to assist with contract and concession digital & IT compliance, as well as collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project completion within the specified budget and timeline. Ideally, this person will be experienced in all aspects of operations, maintenance, and have extensive technical expertise for control system, data acquisition, data transmission, and platform to guarantee continuous data flow, maintain data quality and enhance end-user satisfaction. What You'll Bring A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Computer Engineering, Data Science or similar field and seven (7) years of proven experience in project management/ control system experience with a track record of leading or deploying complex projects in a professional setting; in lieu of a four-year degree, you should bring a total of nine (9) years of experience in which you have gain an understanding of project management/ control systems experience Understanding of OT communication networks, with proven experience with Analog/Digital, BACnet IP, Modbus TCP/RTU, and OPC UA protocols Previous experience with edge connectivity solutions and IoT technologies (REST API/ MQTT/ FTP) and networks Demonstrate a high level of technical expertise with a problem-solving mindset is essential for ensuring continuous operation and end-user satisfaction Proven experience delivering performance reports and presentations to both internal and external stakeholders Knowledgeable of energy engineering with proven experience in operational efficiency and asset performance monitoring Additional Details This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy, in office three days a week Must be available to travel domestically up to 30% / internationally two times a year with the need for some overnight trips Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies Compensation Salary Range: $112,000 - $172,500 USD annually This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate. Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
