Position Purpose:
Join Mount Carmel Home Care as a Primary Care Nurse. We have a growing census of patients that require both IV and infusion in the home setting, which would enable you to provide that service with that population group – along with the other services needed with home care.
What You Will Do:
Deliver skilled nursing care with a focus on infusion therapy
Develop and implement patient care plans
Educate patients and families on managing illnesses at home
Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Use industry-leading EMR systems to document patient care accurately and efficiently
Minimum Qualifications:
Current RN license in the state of Ohio
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with strong infusion therapy skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
