JPMorgan Chase Home Lending Retail Sales Finance & Business Management - Vice President in Columbus, Ohio

As a Vice President of Finance and Business Management on the Home Lending Retail Sales Finance team, you will be responsible for playing a critical role in shaping the future of our business by providing insights, synthesizing complex information, and delivering presentations to senior leaders. The Home Lending Finance & Business Management (F&BM) team acts as strategic advisors to business leaders, providing real-time insights and supporting key business initiatives and decisions. We drive operational success and profitability by collaborating with teams across the business and leveraging their deep understanding of key business drivers, revenue and expense streams, and financial analysis.
Job Responsibilities:
Support the Home Lending Sales organization across many key strategic initiatives including staffing, production, and compensation
Guide development of automation and Tableau visualization of business key drivers, profitability, sales scorecards, and other ad hoc reporting
Collaborate effectively across key stakeholder groups to drive analyses of new business initiatives and tracking of outcomes
Prepare insightful, high quality Senior Management presentations
Provide support for continuous ad hoc requests, routine reporting, and innovation initiatives across the business
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area
6+ years of experience in Financial Analysis or Business Management
Strong technical data skills; proven aptitude to help drive automation with tools like Alteryx and Tableau
Intermediate to advanced level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
Passionate problem solver and creative, critical, independent thinker with exceptional analytical skills
Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time, influence others and interact across organizational units and with all levels of management
Strong project management skills with a proven track record of executing against deliverables
Ability to travel about 4-8 times per year
