Responsibilities Performs routine cleaning and coordinates with management to address and resolve facility maintenance, service issues and other concerns. Demonstrates knowledge of 10 Step Cleaning Process and appropriate chemical use to meet department standards. Practices proper methods of Infection Control in conjunction with cleaning procedures. Demonstrates proper use and knowledge of PPE and door precautions. Maintains closet, housekeeping cart and cleaning equipment in clean, orderly and good working condition. Maintains department's standards of practice as evidenced by quality control inspections and customer feedback. Note: Regular, reliable, and consistent attendance is an essential job function. Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Education: High School graduate or equivalent, required Successful completion of TCI (Therapeutic Crisis Intervention) requirements during orientation process or within 30 days of hire. Must maintain throughout employment Experience: Previous housekeeping experience, preferred Skills: Demonstrate high degree of proficiency in the 10 Step Cleaning Process. Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Demonstrates ability to prioritize and multi-task. Displays positive customer service skills and promotes a team atmosphere.
