As a Service Technician (ST) specializing in HVAC systems, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our customers. You will be responsible for the examination, diagnosis, and repair of HVAC equipment, as well as providing expert recommendations for new HVAC systems and indoor air quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems to diagnose and address any issues.
Perform repairs on various HVAC equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.
Provide customers with recommendations for new HVAC systems and indoor air quality enhancements.
Maintain clear and professional communication with customers to explain repair processes and provide solutions.
Manage and document service calls and repairs using provided technology (iPad, company phone).
Participate in continuous training to stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and repair techniques.
Maintain company vehicle, tools, and uniforms in good working order.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
