Description We are offering an opportunity for an IS Technical Specialist: IV (Lead) to join our team based in Columbus, Ohio. The role involves providing technical leadership to our team, maintaining a high availability application, and handling high volume transactions that monitor various customer activities within the industry. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development team in building and supporting the AML application

• Ensure the completion of assigned deliverables and participate in planning and scope estimates

• Provide detailed design development, unit testing, defect fixes, implementation planning, and execution

• Offer technical leadership through design direction, code reviews, and unit testing direction

• Collaborate with testers, analysts, and stakeholders, providing partnership and guidance

• Diagnose root causes of complex technical problems such as data quality issues, application performance, and availability

• Support the production environment on a 24/7/365 basis, spread across the team

• Conduct research and facilitate the monitoring of high availability and support methodology for our production environment

• Maintain up-to-date system documentation containing design content, developer guidelines, onboarding procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Requirements • Demonstrable expertise in customer service and communication

• Significant experience in documentation and training

• Proven skills in planning and implementing procedures

• Ability to conduct thorough research independently

• Experience in supervising teams and managing projects

• Familiarity with workstation support and production management

• Proficiency in consulting and troubleshooting in an IT setting

• Experience in onboarding new team members and tracking progress

• Knowledge of implementation processes and Agile Scrum methodology

• Experience in liaising with stakeholders at all levels

• Proficiency in Oracle and other monitoring tools

• Experience in collaboration and resolving issues efficiently

• Basic to intermediate programming skills

• Familiarity with GitHub and its functionalities

• Knowledge of Anti Money Laundering (AML) procedures and regulations

• Experience in defect management
