Responsibilities Responsibilities: Assist Project Management personnel to ensure project goals are achieved and customer expectations are met. Assist Project Management personnel with day to day project tasks. Assist with preparation and maintenance of schedule of values. Prepare draft invoices and requisitions. General contract administration. Requisition for materials and services. Prepare minutes of meetings. Manage subcontracts. Maintain and organize project documentation through ProjectWise, Vision or other software as required. Track status of work plans and deliverables for projects. Assist in preparation and updating of Project Schedules. Understand the TRC Project Cycle Procedures. Understand the TRC Policy for determining Project Estimate at Completion. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners. Identify, troubleshoot and resolve problems. Achieve weekly billable goal as defined by the project guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned. Travel Requirements Travel is primarily local to the client and project during the business day, although some out of the area and overnight travel may be expected. <
