If you want to be part of tomorrow's health today, we want to hear from you. We are looking to hire a Regulatory Licensing Specialist to join our Enterprise Compliance and Quality Management team! The Regulatory Licensing Specialist plays a key role in ensuring McKesson's facilities meet federal, state, and local licensing requirements so we can deliver the products and services we do. You'll also assist with monitoring continuing education requirements for our facilities to maintain licensure. This role allows for fully remote work, or a hybrid scenario if someone prefers in one of our hub cities (Irving TX, Atlanta GA, Columbus OH, Richmond VA). Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions: Responsible for preparation, monitoring, and submission of new and renewal license and registration applications for McKesson facilities Maintains our licensing database Maintains records, compiling information, and ensures timely submission of materials to state and federal agencies to obtain and maintain entity and agent licenses promptly and efficiently Maintains confidentiality of personal data Special projects may be assigned on an as-needed basis Qualifications for the Position Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 2+ years of quality or regulatory experience preferred Ability to work independently with little supervision Must be a responsible, self-reliant, articulate, organized individual with a professional manner in all written and oral communications Must be able to recognize and maintain confidentiality, recognize, escalate issues, and collect necessary information Detail-oriented with capability of effectively prioritizing competing objectives and meeting accelerated deadlines Strong analytical, reasoning, communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills, time management, and research practice At McKesson, we care about the well-being of the patients and communities we serve, and that starts with caring for our people. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
