JPMorgan Chase Risk Management - Home Lending Analytics Insight Storyteller - Vice President in Columbus, Ohio

As a Risk Management - Home Lending Analytics Insight Storyteller - Vice President in Home Lending, you will be responsible for crafting executive management reporting through business reviews, Risk Operating Committee forums, risk committee forums, and routine regulatory engagements. Your work product will be shared with senior leaders across the firm, ranging from CEOs, CROs, to Operating Committee members. You will play a critical role in translating complex data insights into compelling narratives that drive informed decision-making and shape risk management strategies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Craft executive management reporting through business reviews, Risk Operating Committee forums, risk committee forums, and routine regulatory engagements

  • Translate complex data insights into compelling narratives that effectively communicate risk management strategies and inform decision-making

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, ensuring accuracy and relevance in reporting and presentations

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Home Lending business and associated risks to provide valuable insights and recommendations

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in risk management and data storytelling, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation

  • Collaborate with senior leaders across the firm to ensure alignment and understanding of risk management strategies

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or a related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, data analytics, or a related field

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and concise narratives

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to senior leaders

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Advanced degree preferred

  • Financial industry experience preferred
