Description We are on the hunt for a skilled Product Manager. Based in Columbus, Ohio, this role focuses on leading a team in the telecom industry to deliver high-quality product releases. The successful candidate will facilitate team collaboration, manage project resources, and ensure the achievement of milestones in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitating seamless collaboration within technical and non-technical teams to maximize performance.

• Ensuring rapid and timely delivery of business value streams and achievement of goals.

• Mentoring and coaching teams in Agile practices and fostering a mindset of continuous improvement and learning.

• Removing impediments to team progress and escalating when necessary to facilitate rapid resolution.

• Supporting and educating product owners in decision-making and effective management of the product backlog.

• Ensuring effective communication within and across teams.

• Influencing and facilitating the empowerment of a self-organizing team.

• Scheduling and facilitating cross-functional meetings.

• Utilizing progress tools and reports to provide transparency on team's progress and productivity.

• Performing risk, issue, and dependency management for the team.

• Ensuring release management practices align to enterprise standards. Requirements • Demonstrable experience in a Product Manager role

• Strong skills in Reporting, Quality, and Project Management

• Proven ability to drive productivity and progress within a team

• Experience with best practices in product management

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites

• Experience in providing Customer Support

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies

• Knowledge in Specification and Computer Sciences

• Strong decision-making abilities

• Experience in creating Business Requirement Documents

• Ability to maintain Quality Standards throughout the release process

• Experience in defining and achieving Milestones

• Familiarity with Backlog Grooming

• Passion for driving Continuous Improvement

• Proficiency in Mindset Software and Confluence

• Experience as a ScrumMaster

• Ability to meet project deadlines
