The Senior Specialist, Store Operations – International is an individual contributor responsible for customizing, creating and delivering store operations resources to support all international store and field teams. This role is focused on graphic design support for internal store operations communications including learning and development, theme tools and onboarding materials.

Flexibility is required to adjust the workload of learning materials and logistics support needed based on business requirements for the time of year, peak and non-peak seasons.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and demonstrate LBrands values and priorities.

  • Provide operational support to franchise partners and international store, ensuring consistency in the presentation, service standards, and operational practices that define our brand.

  • Maintain all shipping location files, updating store ops leadership as needed.

  • Lead projects related to store operations improvements, including new training materials, store openings, and introduction of new platforms to enhance the customer experience.

  • Partner with Procurement on sourcing and ordering learning materials, non-merchandise supplies, and theme props in the most cost-effective manner.

  • Partner with domestic store ops and learning & development teams to remain knowledgeable on current training resources and applicable tools.

  • Ensuring that new stores non-merchandise and learning tools are translated, printed and shipped to support the new store opening processes and timelines.

  • Participate in onboarding sessions as required for partner teams in the Home Office.

  • Support current processes in store operations to ensure resources are best applied and support all partners in the most effect way.

  • Work collaboratively with third-party vendor partners to support platforms, resources and materials needed to implement company programs and processes effectively.

  • Solicit partner feedback on steady-state process bi-annually to ensure all store learning processes and resources are supporting the teams in the best manner.

  • Supports Learning & Development with project planning, reoccurring meeting execution, creates and implements processes and ensures deadlines are met through constant tracking.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft applications (Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) required.

  • Proficient in Adobe In-Design

  • Adaptable and flexibleto manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact and influence at all levels.

  • Ability to think strategically and globally.

  • Strong attention to detail, time management and organization skills.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
