In this role, you will be responsible for delivering complex, cross functional software engineering projects and Information Technology projects that are aligned with our Strategic Project Portfolio. You will also be responsible for cross-organization collaboration with Sr. Leadership, Business Owners, Product Development, Implementations, Account Management and others. Responsibilities Lead a transparent and motivating work environment for cross-functional teams on the delivery of products on time, within budget and of quality Manage software engineering and information technology projects from initiation through delivery and closing utilizing PMBOK standards and Agile methodologies Own large, cross-functional initiatives and help identify the breakdown the various workstreams required for success. In many cases, the initiatives will be for new solutions. Be accountable to drive assigned initiatives within Pharmacy Network, foster meaningful collaboration and alignment. Partner with Product Management and Product Owners in prioritizing strategic initiatives Partner with Product Management, Product Owners, and Development to manage team priorities and capacity Ensure success criteria for the initiative are created, tracked and aligned with the necessary milestones to deliver successful outcomes. Measure, analyze and report metrics for budget and schedule Work within Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks; Work with Scrum Masters and Program Managers collaboratively to deliver initiatives across frameworks. Identify, track, and execute on all project deliverables Identify and manage project dependencies Identify and mitigate project risks Facilitate and lead ceremonies Communicate project and portfolio health to multiple levels of leadership, both in writing and orally Ensure consistent application of project management and SDLC practices Perform data analysis and modeling using MS Excel Identify workflow inefficiencies and collaborate with team to improve flow Build and maintain solid working relationships with appropriate teams to facilitate collaboration Collaborate with Delivery Managers to develop project schedules Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Tech Leads to keep backlogs fed Other duties may be assigned as needed to meet company goals Requirements Bachelor's degree Certified PMP and CSM A minimum of 5 years of titled project management experience delivering software engineering and information technology solutions A minimum of 2 years direct experience in operations analysis, data analysis, or busin
