This position is responsible for mammography examinations under the supervision of a Radiologist utilizing a variety of sophisticated equipment in the diagnosis of patient conditions. Provides quality care to patients. Performs Mammography exams proficiently to provide Radiologist with accurate information to reach an interpretation. Participates in the growth and development of the department and contributes ideas. Brings areas of improvement to the attention of leadership. Required Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Medical Imaging from an accredited educational institution. Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. Washington Radiologic Technologist upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire. National Registered Technologist - Mammography within 1 year of hire. 6 months of Mammography experience as an ARRT(R) registered technologist. Preferred Qualifications: 1 year of Mammography experience as ARRT(R)(M) registered Technologist Why Join Providence?
