Responsibilities

Leading North American converter/manufacturer of foams, nonwovens, foils, films, specialty materials and fabrics. We specialize in various markets including automotive, marine, recreational vehicles, HVAC, flooring and many others. Our customer base includes many of the top OEM and industrial companies in the world. We are seeking exceptional candidates for Machine Operators position in our Commerce, GA facility.

Have 3 – 5 years' experience on BLOWN FILM extrusion, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment;

• Are mechanically-inclined and detail -oriented;

• Have good documentation skills, as well as being able to communicate well verbally and in writing in order to read and understand safety training and work orders;

• Have good math skills and the ability to accurately use measuring instruments (read a tape measure and accurately work with units of measurement);

• Are organized, self-motivated, and quality-driven and have successfully participated in a team environment; and

• Can successfully pass a complete background check and drug testing,

• Flexible to change in the future to a 12 hour shift continental rotation

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• working up to 3 hrs of overtime per week

Skills

• Blown Film Extrusion Operation (3 years of experience is preferred)

• MAth Skills (3 years of experience is preferred)

• Laminating Machine Operation (3 years of experience is preferred)

• Injection Mold Operation (3 years of experience is preferred)

• Mechanical Maintenance

• mechanical assembly (3 years of experience is preferred)

• Basic Computer Skills
