Wells Fargo is seeking a Digital Product Services Associate supporting Consumer and Small Business Banking. Part of the Branch Oversight and Support Organization reporting to the Head of Automated Banker Support and Procedures, this person will support creating digital products, tools and experiences to elevate the branch employee experience, ultimately driving a great customer experience.

In this role, you will:
Lead or participate in variety of complex functions within the digital and consumer banking product environment
Contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy
Review and analyze complex opportunities to drive enhanced user experiences which require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors and product capabilities
Independently resolve complex issues
Be a self stater to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Lead projects, support senior product staff, and act as liaison with cross product teams and provide direction and vision to meet business objectives
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with Virtual Assistant, Chatbots, AI and/or Large Language Models
Experience with Financial Services or Fintech industry
Experience creating user stories, requirements, test scripts, acceptance criteria
Ability to translate and present complex technical data across technical and non-technical group
Experience in Jira, Confluence, and analytics/insights tools
Experience working cross functionally between the business and technology
Experience working in an Agile environment, performing discovery, executing requirements and refinement, managing tradeoffs and backlog prioritization, defining release plans aligned to the product strategy and roadmap under critical deadlines

New York – New York Pay Range: $100,800 - $179,200 USD annual (this range may not be applicable to other locations)

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
