Wells Fargo Senior Lead Digital Product Management in CONCORD, California

In this role, you will:

  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital and consumer banking products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across the automated banker support platform (Branch and Call center)

  • Lead the strategy, requirements and execution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple properties across the enterprise to provide branch banker support

  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Branch Banking to provide the best technology driver support for our bankers

  • Work closely with product, digital, technology teams to prioritize and develop innovative software solutions that provide relevant and accurate information

  • Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others

  • Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact on the banker experience

  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise

  • Influence employees to adopt new solutions and develop a feedback loop to identify areas of continuous improvement in line with agile methodologies

  • Serve as an expert advisor to leadership, continuously track and manage key business results

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in supporting product delivery impacting branch employees or call center operations

  • 5+ years of experience managing large and complex enterprise-wide programs/products

  • Experience working cross functionally between the business and technology

  • Experience partnering, influencing, and driving change through senior leaders

  • Experience engaging partners to execute a roadmap that delivers value under high pressure deadlines

  • Ability to set and communicate a compelling future direction for the team or organization

  • Ability to articulate vision, goals, and expectations to diverse stakeholders

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule

New York – New York Pay Range: $138,500 - $287,600 USD annual (this range may not be applicable to other locations)

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
