Major responsibilities
Link legitimate data into Tax software application
Carry other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned
Correspond with clients to gather important information/documents
Aid clients with incoming calls to direct tax questions and set appointments
Organize transaction tax returns utilizing various methods (Paper, E File, EDI Upload) with various government agencies
Calculate and invoice for form preparation fees Requirements - Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request
Ability to work within spreadsheets and databases
Accurate, swift, data entry abilities
Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well
AA or BS/BA in Accounting or finance preferred
Domestic Tax experience desired
