NOBIS ENGINEERING, INC. Business Development Coordinator in CONCORD, New Hampshire

Nobis has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Coordinator to join our team in our Concord, NH office to support the business development and growth team for seeking out business opportunities, developing and putting new strategies in place, successfully driving business development efforts forward in ways that result in new projects and new revenue for Nobis, and supporting projects to drive forward corporate initiatives. Essential Functions:

  • The successful candidate must work closely with Nobis Account Managers to develop, maintain, prepare, and communicate business development strategies, priorities, and progress to Nobis' business development and leadership teams.
  • They must participate in internal meetings and communicate leads, market intelligence, industry trends, and other strategic information for continuous business development growth.
  • This individual will work collaboratively with our Account Managers to assist with technical proposals, qualifications packages, and other collateral materials.
  • The individual will be responsible for performing marketing research, lead capture planning, and attending relevant related conferences and networking events to promote Nobis.
  • Strong current business relationships and new relationships strategic to Nobis are expected to be developed, along with current relationships held by Nobis that you may be assigned to maintain and grow.
  • Other responsibilities may include developing written BD and marketing plans, preparing written blogs and articles related to BD and marketing as a component of Nobis ongoing digital branding, revenue forecasting, and preparing activity reports. Supporting corporate level assignments using VantagePoint, SharePoint, and/or other programs.

    Position Requirements :

``` - A college degree in engineering, environmental services, marketing, sales, or a related area of study and a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience within the New England Region is required. - A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, marketing, and/or business development experience with the areas of engineering or environmental professional services industry is required. Relevant certification or licensure is preferred but not required. - Must have excellent writing and communication skills and be organized and self-motivated to accomplish objectives. - Business travel is required, and effective communication of the planned activities, progress and strategies of such travel/events is a must. - The candidate must be self-motivated and experienced i formulating, communicating, and implementing promotional and business development capture strategies that support Nobis market sectors and overall long-term growth objectives. - Experience in seeking out upcoming opportunities, developing capture strategies including teaming agreements, and successfully driving BD efforts forward in a way that results in the selection and awareness of new project and revenue to Nobis. - Must possess a valid drivers license, have current auto insurance, and own transportation.
