**SUMMARY:
In coordination with the DPHS Director, authorizes, directs, and evaluates the statewide development and implementation of major public health programs, initiatives, policies, and procedures across the Division of Public Health Services (DPHS). Supervises the DPHS Legislative Liaison, Communications Administrator, Therapeutic Cannabis Program Administrator, and operations staff Manages and directs program and policy development for all DPHS, and coordinates interdepartmental and intradepartmental initiatives that impact populations and programs served by DPHS.
