Adecco is assisting our cosmetic manufacturing client to find a qualified candidate to join their amazing team as a Human Resources Coordinator position in Congers, NY.

Here's a preview of what you'll be working on as a Human Resources Coordinator.

The HR Assistant of Human Resources will perform administrative duties related to the operations of the human resource office.

  • Answers and supports employees with different employment inquires

§ Maintain HR files (personnel, training, I-9 Forms, etc. for Intercos and Agency

employees)

  • Receives and distributes office correspondence to ensure prompt action is taken

  • Supports department with the generation of miscellaneous documents and correspondence

  • Supports onboarding: processes required paperwork for employees, new hires, separations.

  • May assist with preparation of human resource reports such as attendance, new hire, and turnover reports

  • Handles miscellaneous HR department purchases

  • Maintain/organizes human resources filing system

  • Performs other related duties as assigned

  • Maintain training matrix

· Associate Degree

· General office administrative knowledge

· 2 - 3 years of experience administrative experience

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent follow through skills

  • Ability to maintain confidential information.

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a must

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
