Spherion looking to fill a Paint prep laborer in the Smithfield Area

Qualifications:
- Ability to read, interpret, and utilize instructions from manufacturing print drawings, and other types of measuring devices (such as paint mil gage) used in manufacturing environment
- Ability to set up and operate most, if not all of the following:
- Surface blasters (sand and /or media)Ability to apply and finish metal surfaces with filler typically used
- Ability to mask surface areas prior to the paint application to meet customer requirements as specified on detailed reference drawings and / or documentation
