WorkSource Oregon Residential Program Manager in Coos Bay and North Bend, Oregon

We are looking for a creative, growth-oriented, and compassionate Program Manager to actively supervise the day to day operations of a residential program serving individuals with developmental disabilities. Personal Qualities: A successful Program Manager candidate will have a background with a working knowledge of person-centered service development and positive behavior supports; the ability to develop supportive relationships with Direct Support Professionals as well as the individuals who receive services and their families; a back ground connecting people with meaningful community activities. SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week; typically Monday through Friday, hours may vary due to program needs - typically 8am-4pm. WORKSITE: North Bend * Fun and supportive team-oriented work environment!
